Autism Awareness & Counseling Programs:

Welcome to “Sashakt Empowering Lives”. Thank you for choosing to be part of our autism awareness and counseling programs.

Autism spectrum disorder is a complex developmental condition that involves persistent challenges in social interaction, speech and nonverbal communication and restricted / repetitive behaviours. The effects of Autism spectrum disorder and the severity of symptoms are different in each person. Obtaining an accurate diagnosis and its proper treatment is one of the major difficulties faced by parents of children with autism.

We, “Sashakt Empowering Lives” have the expertise, facilities and space required to manage and to provide counselling programs for Autism Spectrum Disorder and neurological Autism isn’t medical.

Kindly emphasise on terms and conditions. These explain how our programs work and help ensure a smooth and respectful experience before making your payment.

1. Purpose of Programs:
Our programs are designed to raise awareness, provide counselling, and distribute educational materials such as brochures, videos etc to our Subscribers. These programs are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapeutic intervention. Sashakt Empowering Lives reserves all rights over the Programs, durations etc., provided by us. However, the said terms and conditions shall be revised and updated at any time by Sashakt Empowering Lives as and when required through proper channels.

2. Our Promise:
We are here to support, educate, and raise awareness about autism in a respectful and positive way. We ask and expect all participants to engage with the same intention.

3. Duration and Professional Fee:
This Program will be charged within the ceiling limits and duration timelines as mentioned in the Annexure-I (Programs, time period and charge list). Further, the program shall commence from the date of payment made by subscriber to us and No changes to the start or end dates will be permitted once payment is processed.

4. Fees and Refund Policy:
All fees paid towards the program are non-refundable in any circumstances. Further, Fees once paid cannot be adjusted against other program or transferred for future use. All payment dues shall be cleared before any early termination, withdrawals etc. No Partial refunds will be granted for early termination, withdrawals, or Non-attendance, as per the company’s policy.

5. Upgrades:

  1. Open Access to KYCP
    Effective immediately, KYCP access will be open to all ASD members. Henceforth, no renewal process will be applicable.

  2. Weekly ASD Classes
    Weekly ASD classes will now be conducted every Thursday. This initiative is introduced as a small token of appreciation for all members.

  3. Priority for New Parent Queries
    During marathons and live interaction sessions, queries from new parents will be given first priority. Queries from existing members will be addressed thereafter.
    The educator reserves the right to manage the session, including muting participants and taking questions sequentially to ensure smooth conduct.

  4. Free PDF Updates
    ANY NEW PDF ADDITION TO AN EXISTING PACKAGE WILL BE FREE OF COST ACROSS ALL PACKAGES

  5. Future Upgrades & Additional Services
    Any future additions or services that require additional organizational expenses, including hiring extra manpower for parent training, will require a paid package upgrade.

  6. Group Access
    Upon successful submission of consent, members will be added to the respective group.

Upgrade of the enrolled program is solely subject to parental discretion and will be considered only upon a new enrolment and fee payment. Any changes or upgrades in the program/ terms & conditions, will be intimated with prior notice to the subscriber by way of email and whatsapp.

6. Prohibited conduct and Termination policy:

  • ANY KIND OF DEMEANING OR DEROGATORY REMARKS, THREATS, TOWARDS A FELLOW PARENT OR EDUCATOR OR A TEAM MEMBER OF SASHAKT INCLUDING SASHAKT PER SE OR RAJNI MAM IN PARTICULAR, WILL CALL FOR STRICT DISCIPLINARY ACTION WHICH CAN INCLUDE TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT SUSPENSION FROM THE GROUP AND SEVERE CASES COMPLETE AND PERMANENT EXPULSION FROM ALL SASHAKT PROGRAMS WILL BE EXECUTED.
  • Respecting our Material and Community, any unauthorized distribution, sale, or reproduction of course materials, including video or audio recordings, is strictly prohibited. Any Subscriber found engaging in such activities, or in any conduct that damages or is likely to damage the reputation of the Organization, will have their subscription immediately terminated. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided, and all fees paid will be forfeited. Further, the subscriber is at liberty to terminate this contract by giving 7 days prior notice in writing to Sashakt Empowering Lives either by clearing all the fee dues or forfeiting the fee paid.
  • Any grievance may be raised directly with the CEO of the organization through mail by the concerned party.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability:
The information on the Site is provided “as is”. Sashakt Empowering Lives does guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Further, Sashakt Empowering Lives and its management, will not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your misuse of program (not following the guidance of special educators or not following the program as has been instructed in the given videos or relying on any other outside source or therapy and mixing it with our program), site or reliance on any content. Accessing the third party websites and links is entirely at your own risk.

8. User Submissions:
Any ideas, feedback, questions, or comments submitted to the Site shall be treated as non-confidential and may be used by Sashakt Empowering Lives for any purpose, including program improvement, marketing, or development. Sashakt Empowering Lives is not obligated to review or respond to any user-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property:
All content provided as part of the program, including videos, documents, and presentations, is the intellectual property of the Organization and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Participants/ Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

10. General Clauses: This deed contains the entire terms and conditions between the parties are nothing outside this agreement shall be valid and binding.
11. Dispute Resolution:
We aim to resolve any concerns or disagreements in a respectful and peaceful manner. If a complaint or issue related to our program or services arises, it shall be discussed amicably to resolve it. If the issue cannot be resolved through discussion, all disputes will be handled according to the Arbitration and conciliation Act, as amended from time to time. The decision of sole arbitration shall be final and binding on both parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be at Mumbai.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharastra, India.
